3 pork neck steaks (cut into cubes)
Olive oil (for frying)
2 large carrots (chopped)
1 extra-large sweet potato (chopped)
1 packet brown mushroom soup mixed in 1 cup boiling water
2 garlic cloves (crushed)
Store bought puff pastry roll
Preheat oven to 180C
Brown pork cubes in olive oil. Set aside.
Meanwhile, steam sweet potatoes and carrots until soft.
In pan, add vegetables and pork. Pour over mushroom soup mixture. Add crushed garlic. Cook until sauce is thickened.
Pour pork, vegetables and sauce into dish with sauce. Roll out pastry on top. Bake for 20 minutes until the pastry is golden.
