This meal takes less than 20 minutes to prepare and cook 😊
4 cups Penne pasta
1 packet bacon bits
1tbsp Mild Nando’s sauce
2 tomatoes (chopped)
1 garlic clove (crushed)
½ cup basil pesto
½ cup feta (crumbled)
Place pasta in a pot of water and boil until soft. Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, in another pot, cook bacon in its own juices. When almost cooked, add Nando’s sauce and continue to cook through.
Chop tomatoes and crush garlic. Add to bacon.
Add cooked bacon, garlic and tomatoes to drained pasta. Don’t worry that it doesn’t look like it is enough. Once you add the pesto, the pasta will be covered. Crumble feta over and served.
Serve with a green salad.
