Avo and Bolognaise Mince Wraps

Serves 2 (1.5 wraps each)

The bolognaise mince is too good to waste so we used it to make wraps for lunch.

Ingredients:

Bolognaise sauce (see spaghetti bolognaise)

American hot sauce or Mrs Balls chutney

2 avocado’s (mashed)

Gouda cheese (grated)

3 small brown tortilla wraps

 

Method:

Warm up bolognaise sauce in the microwave.

Lay tortillas on plastic boards on the counter. Spread hot sauce or chutney evenly over each of them. Place a thick dollop of avo down the middle and then place mince on top. Grate cheese over mince. Roll tortilla, one side over the mince and then the other. Repeat the process with the other wraps then place in toasted sandwich maker for 5 minutes, or grilled to your liking.
